To sign up for the utility bill AFT program, you must complete the enrollment form and mail it to the City Utility Billing Division.

		Attach a Voided Check
		Write the word VOID across the front of a blank check or savings deposit slip corresponding to the checking or savings account that you would like debited each month.

		Return the Form and Voided Check
		Return the form and voided check or savings deposit slip to: City of Coconut Creek - Utility Billing Division 4800 West Copans Road, Coconut Creek, Florida 33063 You can also drop the form at the Cashier's desk in City Hall, or put it in the night payment drop box in front of the City Hall Building.

Please continue to pay your monthly bill as you normally would until you see the notification that the amount will be debited from your account. This notification will be clearly reflected on your utility bill (it takes one to two billing cycles after you enroll). Again, the payment will not be deducted from your bank account until two days prior to the due date shown on the bill.

The City will send you your monthly bill as usual, showing you the billing information such the amount of the payment that will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. This procedure will be done two days prior to the due date.
