The City administers 2 utilities: water/sewer and stormwater. If you are having difficulty with
electricity, cable, telephone, solid waste or anything else, please call the agency that can help you. Phone numbers for these

Water and Sewer Problems
To report broken water mains/pipes or sewer problems, please call the City Utilities
and Engineering Department at 954-973-6782.

Opening an Account
To open a new account, the owner or tenant of the property must have a driver's license or state identification,
a social security card, a copy of the lease agreement or closing settlement statement, and place a security deposit.

PLEASE NOTE:
- There is no additional charge for sewer consumption over 10,000 gallons of metered water per dwelling per month.
- The City does not charge late fees or interest therefore it is imperative to pay amounts due timely to avoid disruption of service.
- Customers who receive water/sewer service and whose property is located outside the corporate limits of the City of Coconut Creek shall be charged a twenty-five percent (25%) surcharge, as provided for by Florida Statutes 180.191, over and above the charges listed above.
- The rate structure is designed to promote water conservation.
- Stormwater fee per residential unit is $ 3.04 per month.
How to Calculate Your Bill
The following examples of how to calculate your bill based on a 5/8" meter size
and consumptions of 6 and 18 (per 1,000 gallons).

To open a commercial account, a Mobile Home Park with a Master Meter, or a multi-family account, please contact
Customer Service at (954) 973-6732. Water and sewer deposits are held until the account is closed and will be applied to the
final bill.
