Non-Resident Sports Card
Posted on Thu, Mar 20, 2008The City of Coconut Creek has implemented a Non-Resident Youth Sports Card Fee in the amount of $60.00 per family. This fee will assist in maintaining the playing fields and the amenities that are used during youth sports play.

The $60.00 fee is approximately the same fee the average Coconut Creek taxpayer pays towards Recreation every year. This Non-Resident Youth Sports Card is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase for every youth sport for the entire family. Purchasing a Youth Sports Card
The first step to purchase a Non-Resident Youth Sports Card is to first contact the Youth Sports Organization to see when registration is available for non-residents. Listed in this guide are the phone numbers for each Youth Sports Organization.
Once you have verified that there are openings available for your child to participate, you must then go to one of the Recreation Facilities listed in this guide to purchase a Non-Resident Youth Sports Card.
The Non-Resident Youth Sports Card is valid for one (1) year from date of purchase at a cost of $60.00 per family per year.
After Purchasing the Non-Resident Youth Sports Card, you are eligible to register your child/children in the Youth Sports League. You must have the Youth Sports Card (payment receipt) to register. If you lose the payment receipt, a copy can be obtained for a $5.00 duplicate fee.
Coconut Creek Youth Sports
Each Youth Sports Organization sets its own registration fee based on the particular sport. Soccer, Baseball, and Football Youth Leagues are operated by parent volunteer groups. Roller Hockey and Boys & Girls Basketball are operated by the Coconut Creek Parks & Recreation Department. Every Youth Sports Organization strives to make each child’s participation fun and rewarding. We ask that all parents and spectators remember that the games are for the children and that good sportsmanship and positive environment be encouraged.
