Tree Replacement Requirements

Trees are a valuable community resource and we lost a lot of them due to the hurricanes.

Residents must realize that the trees that were destroyed or removed as a result of damage from the hurricane are required to be replaced.

The replacement requirements can be found in the CODE OF ORDINANCES, Chapter 13, ARTICLE III, DIVISION 4. Subdivision IV. Section13-448(j)
