The City has received a rezoning application for a project adajcent to the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino. This application is pending Planning and Zoning Board and City Commission approval. The following is a summary of the proposed project:

Project Size - 44 acres
Retail - 150,000 square feet
Resort Hotel - 1,000 Rooms, Pool and Spa Area, Convention Facilities
Parking Garage - 6,500 Parking Spaces
Transit Depot/Hub

In addition, the City has received a site plan application for a transportation center garage for the property. The garage site plan is proposed for the northwest corner of Wochna Blvd. and NW 40th Street. This application is currently under review by City staff and at this time, is not scheduled for public meetings.
