The Village at Marbella

The site plan application for Village at Marbella received final approval by the City Commission on June 12, 2008. The following is a summary of the proposed project:
Developer - Pompano Imports, Inc.
Architect - ADD, Inc.
Project Size - 19 acres
Retail, Office Space - 297,500 square feet and 150 room Hotel
Residential - 764 units (proposed)

The project is designed to meet the intent of the MainStreet Design Standards.
It is the objective of the developer to seek LEED Certification for a "green and sustainable" mixed-use project.
