Lyons Technology Center

July 20, 2002

The Lyons Technology Center is rapidly becoming known as the place to do business in north Broward and south Palm Beach counties. The infrastructure for this state-of-the-art business campus is complete. The first two buildings containing more than 76,000 square feet have been sold or leased with occupancy to begin in June.

This business campus is located on 74 lushly landscaped acres, and when completely developed, it is projected to contain close to one million square feet of new business development. It is close proximity to the successful Lyons Business Park, which contains 347,000 square feet of flex space development.

The developer, Butters Construction and Development, Inc., is so impressed with the current activity at the Lyons Technology Center that they are finalizing plans for three additional mixed-use buildings totaling more than 100,000 square feet.
